Impact Academy are a whole of market Impact education and training provider. Spanning the training sector, we offer full and part-funded programmes to a range of individuals and companies from a broad range of diverse sectors. 
Across the Impact Academy, we seek to enhance our offer to organisations through a structured and integrated self-assessment and observational training needs analysis, as well as complimentary recruitment services and bespoke workforce training delivery.

Virtual academy

Impact Academy's response to making learning accessible for everyone is the development of our Virtual Academy, where individual courses can be purchased or we can create a bespoke package of learning to meet organisational or individual requirements. We have over 1000 online courses available through the Academy. The learning can be accessed through your mobile phone or a computer meaning learners can access their courses at a time that's convenient for them. This is an ideal solution for smaller organisations that don't have resource for learning and development, or if a learner wants to invest in themselves for their own personal development.

Training Needs Analysis

Impact Academy provide FREE consultations to businesses to help identify their training needs. Our Account Managers have extensive industry experience across both education and business and will identify the appropriate training packages for your organisation.
